Welcome: Dorothy Donaldson

We are delighted to introduce Dorothy Donaldson, who joined Education CHANCES Foundation in August 2025 as our Fundraising & Partnerships Manager.

Dorothy brings nearly 20 years of strategic partnerships and fundraising expertise to ECF, specialising in transforming how organisations build sustainable revenue streams and develop authentic community partnerships. Her connection to Boroondara runs deep; she lived here herself and her son attended Kew High School, giving her genuine insight into our community and a personal understanding of what makes our local schools special.



Since joining ECF, Dorothy has been focused on building a diversified funding model that moves us beyond transactional donations toward strategic, long-term partnerships. She's strengthening relationships with local businesses, foundations, and community organisations who share our vision for educational equity. "It's about growing our supporter base so we can reach even more students who deserve the chance to flourish," Dorothy explains. "These relationships are what will sustain ECF for the next generation of young people who need our support."
